Some weekends are peaceful, some are productive, and most are a little bit of both.
But at the end of the day, these are the moments I’m grateful for , time with my girls, keeping my faith first, working hard for our clients, and taking care of home. 🤍

Getting a new listing ready means making sure everything looks perfect for pictures, so Beatriz and I went out, bought some flowers, and decided to do a little planting ourselves.

Beatriz was supposed to be my helper… but let’s just say she wasn’t helping very much, so she got fired. 😂

Although I’m pretty sure I’ll be the one getting fired once these flowers die. 🤣🌷

Whatever it takes to get our listings picture-perfect! 🏡📸

✨•Closing Day✨🤍🎁…..For us, it’s personal.

A big part of our business is working with first-time homebuyers, and many are also the first generation in their families to become homeowners. That experience is completely different.

It’s not just signing papers and getting keys. 🔑 It’s months of preparing, saving money, gathering documents, making sacrifices, overcoming obstacles, and sometimes doing something no one in your family has ever done before.

I understand that feeling personally. Coming from a Hispanic family and being the first daughter in my family to purchase a home on my own, I know how hard it can be—and how much that moment means. Today, seeing my brothers owning their homes too makes me incredibly proud. 🏡

That’s why we CELEBRATE our buyers.

Maybe our closing gifts aren’t expensive restaurant gift cards or high-end gifts, and that’s okay. We would rather create a memory and an experience. Decorate a little. Take the pictures. Bring the balloons. Hand them their keys. Celebrate their kids. Capture the smiles and the tears. 🥹🔑
