Specializing in buyers, sellers, first-time buyers, investment properties, and short-term rentals in Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, and surrounding areas. After a fulfilling and lengthy career in the legal world, specializing in real estate law, contracts, construction defect, and wills and trusts, Karlie decided to pursue her love for real estate as a Realtor. Educating and caring for those
looking to buy and/or sell real estate comes naturally to Karlie; and she does so with expertise. She graduated from Atascadero High School, and then Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo as a Certified Paralegal. She worked for the District Attorney's office from 1998 to 2003 followed by local law firms as a Paralegal. Karlie has lived in the area for 36 years with her husband, Jason, and two children where she is involved with many of her kid's activities and volunteering in her local community. During that time she served on several administrative committees and chaired extra-curricular organizations, as well. With that exposure comes a full understanding of the diverse needs of families in this community. With Karlie, clients are afforded a knowledgeable professional, not only in the buying and selling of their home, but someone who marries their expertise with knowledge of the local community, excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
