Prices remain strong, here in our area we see less listed homes so the volume of sales is declining. We have a seasonal market now, with the holiday approaching. After the New Year, markets usually rebound with new listed product emerging.

This is becoming an emotional market, with so much competition among buyers, we see just how far they will go to secure a home. We are seeing the lengths buyers will go to get a time-slot to view a property, and how high they will Bid to secure that home. Additionally, what they will give up in contingencies to get an accepted offer. Now more than ever it is important for a buyer to work with an experienced REALTOR. If rates inch up it may slow this market, but only time will tell....
