The backer of 33 uses funds raised from his health foundation for this real estate issue. This is the third time in 10 years.
Prop 34 would restrict the use of funds raised for health related issues to be used ONLY on those issues!

Clients and neighbors who own property on the South side of Lake Nacimiento are likely to be cut off by the erosion under the Franklin Creek crossing. County has closed road and people are advised they cross at their risk as the road could collapse at anytime. Bad situation for sure!
