With everything going on in the market, I wanted to switch gears a little.
Market changes
1)Interest rates changed. They needed to.
2) Prices are leveling off, dropping in some market segments. They needed to.
3) Contingencies, inspections/repairs and disclosures have returned to normal parts of a transaction. They needed to.
4) Buyers and sellers are finding a more level playing field. They needed to.

Zillow and Redfin have not fared well as real estate investors. They are good aggregators of local information. Corporate brokerages with experienced, professional, local agents know your market. Not a bot. They have national reach and support, while having actual presence and knowledge of your community.
