This was how I got to start my Monday!! ✈️Thank you Bill Siegel for taking me up! Three years ago my son Charlie successfully got received his private pilots license at age 17. He applied for and was awarded a $10,000 scholarship from the EAA Ray Aviation program to facilitate this huge accomplishment. He had the support and mentorship of so many amazing people who are a part of Air Paso Flight program. It is truly an incredible operation! ⭐️ I’ve offered up my time at last years Career Day and recently was asked to be on the panel to select the recipients this year. Two deserving teens were awarded $12,000 this year. Congrats to Colton and Aspen! All applicants were stellar and was so very challenging for the panel to choose. I’m honored to give back my time and work towards joining the local EAA Chapter456. Our family is so very grateful for the incredible support given to Charlie. Super excited to be a part of aviation as we watch him continue his journey towards working as a commercial pilot. DM me if you have a young aviation enthusiast age 15-19 in your life!
