What an adventure it was working with the Edwards! From day one, they knew exactly what they wanted, set a budget, and stayed true to it. We toured many homes, but when we found the one, everything clicked.

We successfully closed at $606,000 with $6,000 in closing cost credits, and the entire process came together seamlessly. KD Capital truly delivered with great loan options, and Fidelity National Title was fantastic to work with from start to finish.
