🌊 Stay Prepared, Pass Christian! 🌊

As we keep an eye on the tropics, it's important to stay ready for any potential storms heading our way. The National Weather Service in New Orleans reminds us:

"Two important things right now are to
1) keep up with our tropical updates (which are still vague, because we just don't have any details on the potential formation in the northwestern Caribbean) and
2) be mindful of the heat."

While no path has been determined yet, it’s always smart to remain prepared—especially after our close call with Hurricane Francine. 🌬️ We dodged a bullet, but it was a reminder that storms can form and change direction quickly.

⛵ Boaters, Be Ready!
If you have a boat in the harbor, now’s the time to review your storm plan. Make sure your vessel is ready to move at a moment's notice if necessary. Double-check lines, secure loose items, and have a plan for relocation if evacuation orders are issued. It’s better to be safe than sorry!

Now's the time to check your emergency supplies, make sure your plan is ready, and continue to follow updates. 📲 Keep an eye on the forecast and stay alert—just in case! In the meantime, stay cool and take care in this heat. ☀️

I wanted to take the time to let you know that we are now going to be offering the following Referral/Review credit here at Camille Village. Starting March 1 you will have the following opportunities to receive discounts off your rent.



1) Resident Referral Discount - You can receive $250.00 off one month's rent for referring someone to move in here. They will need to detail your information ( name and address) on their application. Once they have moved in, you will receive a $250.00 credit off your rent after they have been a resident for 60 days.



2) Review and Receive - For every review you give the property on ( Facebook, Apartments.com, Google) Your name will be entered in a drawing to receive a $100.00 off your rent. So if you write three reviews you will be entered three times in the drawing. The drawing will be held on the 1st of every month and the winner will be announced on our page and our email notification. You only have to write reviews once, your name will remain in the drawing if you are not selected, this means you still have a chance to win every month.
