The first dirt has been moved, and excavation for our new community pool has begun. It’s exciting to see this long-awaited amenity starting to take shape!

As construction continues, please watch for equipment and construction traffic near the clubhouse and use extra caution when traveling through the community.

🏊 Exciting progress at Scenic View Estates!

Pool installation is officially underway, marking a major milestone for our community. Installation is currently projected for Friday, August 14, although the date is subject to change.

The attached concept rendering offers a glimpse of what’s to come. Please note that it is for illustrative purposes only, and the final layout, finishes, landscaping, and other details may differ.

Residents should watch for construction traffic and use extra caution while traveling through the community. We can’t wait to see this new amenity take shape!
