Today was a very special closing for me! I was able to assist a good friends daughter and her fiancée in their purchase of their very first home!!! To think that you once ran around my house as a little girl and Josh hit you in the head with a bucket and now you are all grown up, about to get married and today you bought your first home! Wow, talk about full circle! I am so happy for you and Eric Minder. I can’t thank you guys enough for allowing me to play a small part in this very BIG part of your lives! And the best part is that we are now practically neighbors!!! I enjoyed all of our time together searching for the perfect home and this house was TRULY the perfect home!!

I would also like to thank all parties involved in this chapter. It wouldn’t have been possible without all of you. I would like to thank Deb Marie for assisting us with everything and communicating every step of the way. As a proud Mom ( and paralegal) you were fantastic and I am sure that this closing was your favorite of ALL TIME! I appreciate all of your help! I had mentioned that yesterday was another example of why I LOVE what I do and today is another example also!
