Congratulations to Gordon McCrae a two year resident of Paterson Park Apartments. Gordon just graduated from William Paterson University with a B. A. in Sociology. Gordon graduated with honors. Gordon is a disabled veteran who two years ago was homeless. Permanent supportive housing works!

Today, through the generosity of The Home Depot Foundation, County of Passaic, and local Home Depot Volunteers, Paterson Park Apartments, the first permanent supportive housing for homeless and/or disabled veterans in the State of New Jersey received beautiful outdoor furniture for our flagpole area and recreation area.

We thank all those involved for the bench located in our ceremonial flagpole area as well as the grill and the built in tables and chairs in the grass recreation area.

This Sunday, to celebrate Father's Day, our veterans will be enjoying the new furniture by having a community barbecue for our residents and our guests!

Happy to have the William Paterson Senior Nursing Students at the building, this Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 10:30am until 1pm for our semi annual Health Fair. The Rutgers University Dental Students will also be here!
