Apartment Manager Job Description

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Apartment Manager to run the daily operations of our residential community, handle leasing, and ensure high resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Occupancy: Show apartments, process applications, and drive tenant retention.
Rent & Finances: Collect rent, manage accounts, and report to upper management.
Resident Care: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and enforce community rules.
Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, vendor work, and apartment turnovers with the maintenance team.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in property management or leasing. With experience $18 without $16
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills (property management software knowledge is a plus).
Requirements: High school diploma; valid driver’s license.
