Appreciate my OG Realtors/Clients and all the new ones that have been using my services. It's a funny business when no matter what you say in the report (good or bad) there will be someone who's not happy about it. Fair and Honest....that's all I can do.

Know where your water shutoff is located and have tools ready to turn if off.

All interior Faucets - small steady stream (hot and cold).

Gutters - get them cleaned out or you will get damage.

Exterior Faucets - wrap with a rag and then install the faucet cover.

Chimney - make sure the flue is open.

Crawlspace - cover and entrance and vents properly, don't mess this up.

Window Units - cover with a trash bag if you don't have a cover.

Open Flame Heaters - try not to run all night...they produce carbon monoxide. Make sure you have a carbon monoxide alarm that works.

Outside Pets - Get them indoors or or somewhere warm. I will let come in your yard and let them out if I need to.

Heat Lamps - Do not put heat lamps near your house, they catch on fire.

Well.... I don't even know what to say. Don't do this, there's no water in there, just a little in the P trap. Put the pipe insulation on a supply line somewhere.

If you don't have this on your chimney you need it. If you get a new roof make sure that do it. Chimneys leak, this helps.

Here a good one that drives me crazy ...........if your the home owner please turn these OFF before a Home Inspection. I have to check that outlet and wet wax burns and make a mess.

You have to open a septic tank to do a proper inspection.....period.
