Ways I have grown in my first year as a Real Estate agent!🩶

1. My confidence has improved!
When I first got licensed, I remember questioning every decision I made. I lived in this constant fear of failure. Then I had one of my biggest deals fall apart days before closing. But I survived! I realized that there's no need to fear failure. So much good can come from it! Confidence doesn't come from knowing everything. It comes from showing up every day and refusing to quit.

2. I've grown in my ability to multitask!
Real Estate has a way of getting BUSY. At first, juggling everything felt overwhelming. I remember how stressful those days felt! As time has gone on, l've learned to juggle all the responsibilities! It doesn't feel as heavy now that I've gained experience! I've learned better ways to stay organized which has helped a lot!

3. I've learned how to problem solve.
Real Estate is notorious for having situations pop up that can derail an entire deal. Sometimes you have to act fast and make decisions to try to save that deal. l've found myself in a few situations where I've had to act fast, make the phone calls, and go the extra mile to try to solve the problem at hand! I've gotten much better at problem solving so these situations don't affect me the way they did.

4. I learned that you are worth so much more than your biggest successes and your biggest mistakes!
My identity and value doesn't come from my job! It doesn't come from the biggest deals I've closed, or the setbacks I've experienced. My value and identity is in who Jesus says I am! This was such a good lesson for me this year. Removing the pressure to be perfect has given me a new perspective on how I do my job! I now go into each deal with such a grateful heart!
