🏡 Closing Day for Family!

After navigating multiple offers and putting together the right strategy, we officially closed today for this amazing couple — my nephew his bride❤️

Caleb was the ring bearer at my wedding years ago, so seeing him now putting down roots here in Connecticut with his first home is pretty special. I’m really honored they chose me to help guide them through the process.

The closing even got pushed back about a week due to a tricky title issue, but the attorneys worked through it and got everything across the finish line today. That’s real estate sometimes… a few bumps, but worth it in the end!
