UPDATE: One apartment has been rented! We are still accepting applications on a newly renovated 1 Bedroom that will be ready July 1st! Rent is $475/month with a $475 security deposit. Does not include electric. Background checks and references are required for each applicant. Apartments are equipped with refrigerators, electric range, AC window units for summer and electric wall heaters for winter months. Update for Residents: City Hall will be closed to the public. Citizens may call 918-287-2751 or 918-287-3040 to make an appointment if they need to come in for new utilities, to have utilities shut off or to make payment arrangements if they are unable to pay their bill.

Also, reminder that you do have the option to pay your bill over the phone, drop a payment in the drop box or online at Xpressbillpay.com

The fitness center is also closed at this time.
