The PNHA is hiring for a part-time, contractor position that will work as needed during these winter months. Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license, have at least 5 years of experience in construction and/or renovations, and be able to pass a background check. Deadline to apply is February 6th by 5 PM.

Winter weather is headed our way! Please make preparations now.

If you are in need of a warming station *in the event of a power outage* please come enjoy a safe, warm space at 901 Agency Road – Elders Building or the Pawnee Nation Police Department- located next to the new behavioral health center.

A huge thank you to the Pawnee Nation for opening your doors to community members *in the event* of needing of warmth. We appreciate your kindness every day. ❤️

Please remember to leave your water dripping to help prevent frozen pipes. If roads become hazardous, please only venture out if you must. The Street Department is ready to clear roads, but it is best to stay in if you can!
If you need city assistance outside of City Hall hours, please call the non-emergency dispatch line (918) 762-3166.
Stay in and stay warm.

Additional winter weather tips:
• Dress in layers and limit time outdoors
• Bring pets inside or ensure they have warm, dry shelter
• Check on elderly neighbors, friends, and family
• Keep extra blankets, food, water, and medications on hand
• Charge phones and devices in case of power outages
• Use space heaters safely and never leave them unattended
