Upon meeting me, I think you will find that I am detail oriented (“Type A” some may call it) and driven to assist my clients by providing a stress free real estate experience whether they are buying or selling. Since the day I started in this business back in 2003, I focused all of my energy on one thing: achieving results that exceed my clients' expectations and being the very best at selling hom

es and land by making real estate transactions stress free. My reward.........seeing the happiness on my clients' faces when I move mountains to lead them home or on their new journey! I grew up in Mesa and although I am not technically a native, I've lived in Arizona since prior to grade school years. As soon as I graduated from high school, I started my working career assisting lawyers in preparing legal documents and managing their firms. I spent over a decade in the law field which is where I learned importance of a well written contract and how necessary it is to cross your T's and dot your I's. It also explains why I am obsessive about serving my clients, relentlessly detail-oriented and calm and cool in tough situations........all qualities you want in your real estate agent! Having too much energy and drive to sit behind a computer all day and type legal briefs, I decided to finish what I had started and quit my job in the legal field and moved to Flagstaff to get on the fast track to completing my Bachelor's degree. Ultimately, I graduated from ASU (go Sundevils) with a degree in Recreation & Tourism Management. I used my degree for a few years working in the resort industry and municipal government, but desired a new challenge so I decided to try my hand at real estate. I began my real estate career in Payson while working for the town. It did not take me long to realize that in order to be successful in this business I had to jump in with both feet and work at it full-time. A couple moves later, I settled back in the White Mountains, which is where I began my full-time real estate career. I sold real estate in that area for over 7 years until the crash of the market brought me back down to the valley. Since moving back, I have been working in real estate full-time. Not only do I assist my clients with real estate in the East Valley but I have a great referral system to agents in the Payson and White Mountain areas. One of the things I love most about Rim Country that I don't really talk about is the community.

This community holds people through change.

I've watched people arrive here in the middle of something hard. A loss. A divorce. A season of burnout so deep they didn't know which way was up. And slowly because of the pace, the pines, the neighbors who actually show up, they found their footing again.

There's a rootedness here that's hard to find anywhere else. People know each other. They show up. The community is real.

I've had clients tell me years later that moving to Rim Country was the best decision they ever made, not because of the property value, but because of what the community gave them when they needed it most.

That's truly what I'm selling. Not just a home.

A place to land and be a part of a community.

Burnout gets talked about a lot in the context of work.

But what I see as both a Realtor and Life Transition Coach is something bigger.

Sometimes it's not just the job that's draining you. It's the environment. The pace. The place. The life you've built that no longer fits who you're becoming.

Burnout is a signal. And it's worth asking what it's actually pointing to.

For some people, the answer is internal - a need to rest, reset, reconnect with themselves.

For others, it's something more external. A change of scenery. A slower pace. A home that actually supports the life they want - instead of adding to the weight of the one they're exhausted by.

I've talked with more people than I can count who made a move to Rim Country, to a smaller home, to a place that finally felt right and said afterward: I didn't realize how much my environment was affecting me.

I'm not saying a new home fixes burnout. It doesn't.

One of the hardest calls I receive is from someone who just lost a spouse and they're being told they need to decide what to do with the house.

By an attorney. By family. By well-meaning friends who think moving forward means moving fast.

There is no right timeline for this decision. And anyone who tells you otherwise isn't considering you,they're considering the transaction.

Being a Realtor is more than simply selling houses. I have been reflecting on that lately and wanted to share one of the moments I realized that.

I was sitting at a kitchen table with a man who had just lost his wife talking about listing the home they shared for many, many years.

While we were talking, he looked at me and said: "I just need someone to tell me it's going to be okay."

In that moment, I realized — that was my job too.

Not just the market analysis. Not just the price or updates. But holding space for the enormity of what it means to let go of a home that held a lifetime of memories.

That is one of the moments that led me to becoming a Life Transition Coach in addition to being a Realtor. I was naturally doing that work but I finally had a name for it.

Real estate transactions are never just about property. They're about people whose lives are changing inside that property.
