CLOSED!!! 13552 Indian Bow Circle has a new owner. Congratulations to my sellers, Leonard Bailey & Nancy Bailey who had the patience of Job over the last 14 months. You couldn't ask for more diligence and hard work thru some pretty tough personal emergencies and loss, but they never gave up or stopped working tirelessly to make this home ready for the new owner.

Congrats to Katie Hendrickson with Keller Williams Market Pro Realty and her Buyer. They were also a dream to work with despite everything Penny Mac threw at us and the unexpected loss of my father. I couldn't have asked for better people to work with thru all the trials.

Also a huge shout out to Tina Schwartz with Allegiance Title of Rogers and Mitch McChristian (neighbor) who offered his private boat dock for sale to the lucky new owner of this home. I'm sure she will enjoy it!

Teamwork makes all the difference in how everyone feels at the end of a transaction. Class acts, every one of you!

It is with great honor that I get to share, 13552 Indian Bow Circle is officially UNDER CONTRACT!!! In the middle of contract negotiations, I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my father. The Buyer and Buyer's Agent were extremely wonderful to work with, allowing me those precious moments of grace to work thru the shock and chaos over the last few days. As they say, the show must go on and I'm excited to work thru a series of firsts on this one. I'm grateful for opportunities that teach me something new that help me become a better and more experienced agent for you!
