ram available in MA. A two family built in 1889! It was a brick duplex in the city. Let's just say it needed a little work or maybe a lot of work, ok it was A complete gut job to be exact. This is where the fire was ignited for renovations and sales. This two family had separate utilities, after a couple of years we turned the 2 family into a Condominiums. This allowed us to later sell each unit separately as opposed to selling as a two family. This strategy vastly increased our profit. Over the years we continued to buy the worst houses in great neighborhoods turning a notable profit with each sale. Everything about real estate is exciting to me and I love that I can now help others find their dream home, a great investment property, whatever you are looking for. I get the reward of helping the process stay exciting and enjoyable for you. Buying or selling a home can be quite stressful, however, working with me can ease that stress and help you maneuver through each stage of the process. Selling your home is a big deal. 🏡❤️

It can be emotional. It can be stressful. And at times, it can feel completely overwhelming.

So when you are choosing someone to sell your home, you probably want more than someone who can put a sign in the yard and negotiate an offer.

You want someone who is going to make the process as stress free as possible.

And “as possible” matters, because I am never going to pretend selling a home comes without stressful moments.

What I can promise is that I will do everything I can to make those moments easier.

Clear communication. Help with the decisions. Keeping track of the details. Finding resources when something comes up. Explaining what happens next. And sometimes simply being the person who says, “I’ve got this.”

Wisdom Wednesday 🏡❤️

Making the decision to sell your home should ultimately be your decision.

Especially when downsizing is involved, everybody seems to have an opinion. Your children. Your siblings. Your in laws. Sometimes even your parents if you are lucky enough to still have them.

And often, they are not trying to make things harder. They are holding onto the memories connected to that home too.

They remember the holidays. The birthdays. The Sunday dinners. The kids growing up. All the little moments that made that house part of your family story.

But here is what I remind my clients.

You are the one living there.

You are the one maintaining it.
Paying for it.
Cleaning it.
Managing the yard.
Climbing the stairs.
And deciding what you want the next chapter of your life to look like.

Listen to the people you love. Hear their concerns. Take your time. Think it through.

But if you have made a thoughtful decision and you truly know in your heart that it is the right move for you, trust yourself.

The memories do not stay behind when you sell the house.

You take them with you. ❤️

Finding the right place to land is about so much more than the house itself.

Do you want to be near family? Close to shopping, doctors and hospitals? Near the mountains, the beach, the woods, ponds or parks? Do you want privacy and space, or do you want everything you need just minutes away?

For me, home means being within a reasonable distance of family, having easy access to everyday necessities, and absolutely being close to nature and beautiful outdoor spaces. 🌊🌲

The right home should fit your life, not just your wish list.

Speaking from personal experience, because I spend a LOT of time in Yarmouth, I think it is one of the best locations on Cape Cod if you want the Cape lifestyle with convenience and easy access to so much of the area.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. 😉

Yarmouth sits in that sweet spot of the Mid Cape. In my experience, getting there is generally easier than continuing farther down Cape once summer traffic starts building.

Does that mean you will never sit in Cape Cod traffic? Absolutely not. 😂 This is Cape Cod after all.

You have convenient access to Route 6 and Route 28, plus restaurants, shopping, groceries and everyday necessities.

And you are surrounded by so much of what makes Cape Cod special:

🌾 Salt marshes
🌿 Cranberry bogs
🚶‍♀️ Boardwalks and walking trails
🍽️ Great restaurants
🛍️ Shopping
🌅 Amazing sunsets

Couldn’t sleep this morning, so I was up at 5:30 and decided to do a little sunrise beach and boardwalk hopping before the Labor Day crowds arrived. 🌅

Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful morning. This is what the Cape Cod lifestyle looks like at Grays Beach in Yarmouth. Peaceful, gorgeous and absolutely worth getting up early for.

My friend Sharon at Brilliant Dahlia Flower Farm has the most gorgeous blooms on her stand this weekend.
