Until people master the basics — reading, writing, and arithmetic — how can we expect them to use technology effectively?

Basic math skills are disappearing, while trust in AI-generated information continues to grow. That should concern all of us.

AI is a tool being developed to create efficiencies and increase awareness, not replace knowledge! AI does amazing things, but play with it long enough, you can confuse it and when you make it “think” it will lead you astray. Very frustrating! There is a skillset associated with AI and everyone who can barely ride a bike is trying to use a Tesla!!! It’s a slippery slope!

It really cracks me up when someone writes a blind LOI, ALL CASH, fast closing, I’ll pay you full commission, close in two weeks etc. and the low ball to a point were their not even paying 5% of the wholesale purchase price. I bet he would!! Are these people even looking at the listing? You can’t even get the lot for what he offered!!!! I should bill him for making me read that offer! 😂😂😂
