🥳Closed on two amazing properties this week! Each story was amazing process!
➡️The first was my condo listing in Midtown. We faced some challenges with lots of competition in the same building and neighborhood but with a strong marketing plan and strategy also clients who trusted me with the process, we made it happen. In case you didn’t know, condos usually take longer to sell... But we received multiple offers within a week and closed over asking!
My clients are over the moon.
➡️The second one was an absolute dream property over 11 acres of paradise my buyers had been patiently waiting for. As soon as I saw it hit the market, I told them “We have to go see this cutie.” And WOW the pictures didn’t do it justice.
We were the very first showing, went under contract at $610,000 and not only just closed today for $525,000 plus $15K in closing cost credits for my buyers! Yes‼️➡️ $85,000 less than binding agreement amount. Needless to say my clients are incredibly happy.
