Closing day…such an ironic term for the opening chapter of this new season for these young first time home buyers.

Behind the scenes they put in long hours of work along with saving, sacrificing, planning, and staying patient. Today I had the honor of handing them the keys to their front door… the portal to the years ahead of memories yet made. Nothing is more precious than helping others find their way home.

Even though it may not feel like it right now the American dream of homeownership is still alive. You just have to be willing to prepare for it. My first-time home buyers did the work long before we ever wrote an offer! They have been saving, planning, asking smart questions, and staying patient in a competitive price point.

When the right home came along, it ended up being a multiple-offer situation but they didn’t panic, nor stretch beyond their comfort. They trusted the strategy and we won!!!

We're officially Under Contract and through Due Diligence phase (the part where we slow down, inspect carefully, negotiate wisely, and protect what they’ve worked so hard for)

Join me in celebrating some huge wins in this market for my clients✨🏆✨

My sellers were Under Contract within 4 days, multiple offers and a locked in back up offer🙌🏻We were able to negotiate for a longer closing and post temporary occupancy which was super important to them all while minimizing any concessions to net them the most!
