The first thing I would tell you if you’re thinking about buying a home?

You can do it.

Not because it’s always easy. Not because everybody is ready today. But because you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start.

You may need to work on your credit.
You may need to save a little more.
You may need to pay some things down.
You may simply need someone to explain the process in a way that actually makes sense.

But none of that means you can’t do it.

Sometimes the first step isn’t buying the house.

It’s believing homeownership is possible for you, then finding out what YOUR next step is.
