✈️ We had a fantastic time last week at the 2026 South Carolina Aviation Association (SCAA) Annual Conference!

It was a great opportunity to connect with airport directors, aviation leaders, and industry partners from across the state — with especially meaningful conversations around aviation real estate and the evolving hangar market.

As demand for general aviation continues to grow, so does the need for:
• Strategic hangar development
• Modernized ground lease structures
• Long-term airport land planning
• Public-private partnerships that support sustainable growth

The discussions reinforced what we’re seeing across the region: hangar demand remains strong, and airports that proactively plan their real estate strategy are best positioned for long-term success.
