Last week through our annual Kares 4 Kids Partners Shopping 4 Kids event, our Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners | Peachtree City family supported 7 local organizations serving children and families in our community. I had the privilege to personally shop with The Promise Place ! Every item in their cart represents a community coming together to meet real needs.

Here’s what we’re seeing:
✨ Inventory trends vary, with active listings rising in areas like South Fulton (134).
🏡 Some homes are selling faster where the average days on market dropped in McDonough (42 days) and Douglasville (48 days).
💰 Home values remain strong, with median list prices increasing in Peachtree City ($675K) and South Fulton ($343K).

Allow me to reintroduce myself… 👋🏾

I’m Leondria and yes, real estate is a BIG part of what I do, but it’s definitely not all of who I am.

I’m a former educator, wife, mom, crafter, chocolate lover 🍫, community connector, and a TRUE Georgia Peach. 🍑 Born and raised right here in Atlanta!

One thing that has stayed consistent from my classroom days to my real estate career is how much I enjoy helping people. I love educating, connecting, celebrating wins, and learning from my mistakes!

These days, that often looks like helping someone buy their first home, helping an educator realize homeownership is possible, or helping a family decide whether it’s time to upsize, downsize or make a fresh start.
