First ALC 2026 in the books, and Day 1 did not disappoint! Grateful to be in the room learning from incredible leaders like , hearing real-world production strategies from agents and leaders out here in the trenches, and connecting with agents and market Center leaders who are committed to growth. The biggest takeaway so far: the people getting results are saying what they want and writing it down! They are focused on consistency, accountability, and intentional action. As a first-time attendee, I realize there is so much value being at KW. The amazing agents who get the opportunity to serve on the ALC are incredibly blessed. The leadership is top notch and I am thankful for my family for the opportunity to lead, learn, and grow! Stay tuned for Day 2.

I just pulled the May GAMLS data for our local Southside markets, and the results are... surprising. Depending on your county, we are seeing two completely different stories.

❤️ RED Day, which stands for Renew, Energize and Donate, is our annual day of service. Each year on the second Thursday of May, we celebrate RED Day as a part of our legacy worth leaving. It’s all about giving back, showing up for our communities, and spreading HOPE where it’s needed most. I was honored to volunteer by delivering Kares 4 Kids We Kare Bears and homemade baked goods to our local fire and police departments, thanking the heroes who serve our communities every day while sharing comfort and kindness with children in need. Today my heart is full knowing that even the smallest act of kindness can bring comfort, hope, and a smile to someone who needs it most.
