Sold with multiple offers in Tyrone! 🔑🏡

This transaction was just plain fun with my amazing sellers! They prepped so well for this home to hit the market and it paid off with tons of showings and multiple offers. I think we all felt extremely confident that the perfect buyers got the keys at the closing table and will love it just as much as they did ❤️

131 Wynnward Way | Northwynn Subdivision | SOLD

$945,000 | Multiple Offers | 3 Days on Market

Our 2nd Northwynn home sale in the last 4 months! ❤️

Out-of-state sellers found us through our marketing. They needed someone they could trust as they would be in another state, someone who understood the luxury market and someone who knew how to effectively market their home from the very beginning.

The right marketing can open the door. The right strategy gets the job done.
