A repeat client, now friend, had been caring for his grandfather and needed to sell his grandfather’s home in order to pay for assisted living moving forward. It was a fast and wild ride! 12 offers, mostly cash, above list price and a 1 week close! We navigated some big curveballs with title and power of attorney. But thank you to Wessels and Ge**er Law Firm, all was resolved and my friend was able to secure much more than anticipated to care for his grandfather.
