We just completed our unique custom home new built and it turned out great!!! We’re blessed beyond measures to end 2025 with the completion of this amazing project, and many more to come!

Sewer connection has been completed for our new construction. A lot of lessons learned and we didn't realize how complicated it was prior to starting it. A lot of moving parts, to mention some of the important steps;

- Getting easement from the neighbor to go through his property(Very nice of him for approving that).
-Clearing the lot and speaking to an Arborist from the county.
-Calling the 811 prior to digging and marking.
-Pre-construction meeting with the county official.
-ROW ENCROACHMENT PERMIT.
-All the safety matters; Renting trench boxes, steel plates, etc .
-Traffic control (sometimes permit required).
- Cutting a portion of the road for Taping.
-Plumbers doing their part in taping the sewer once all the digging is complete.
-once the work is complete you have to do leave everything the way you find it.
-You have to fill up the trench with crush and run, 57 gravel while compacting.
-Followed by pouring at least 6" of concrete.
- Followed by patching with 2" of hot asphalt.
