🚨 UNDER CONTRACT 🚨 in Buford! So excited for my relocation clients who are officially pending on their new 🏡 This one feels extra special! We first connected last year when they reached out about one of my listings, and we instantly 🙌 hit it off. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping them navigate a big move 🚗 from Florida to Atlanta as they relocate for work and to start this exciting new chapter. The moment they saw this home, they knew it was the one 😍 After sitting on the market for over a month, timing suddenly changed and multiple offers came in 🫤 right as they were ready to move forward. 🫶 One of the many reasons I love being part of Keller Williams is the ❤️ this company has for giving back to the community. Yesterday, my colleagues and I had the privilege of volunteering at Stripling Elementary 📚 for our annual Red Day. It was such a rewarding experience spending time refreshing their community garden 🪴, reading books to the children, and helping organize books and supplies 🙌 for the school. Red Day is a beautiful reminder that real impact goes far beyond real estate. It’s about serving others, building stronger communities, and showing up where we’re needed most. I’m incredibly grateful 🙏 to be surrounded by people who care so deeply and are always willing to lend a helping hand. Thank you to Stripling Elementary for welcoming us, and to my amazing Keller Williams family for making days like this so meaningful 🤗

⛳ CLOSED ⛳ in Peachtree Corners! What a joy it was 😊 to work with my client to get her home sold. The townhome market in Atlanta is pretty soft at the moment, so my seller and I knew we had to position the 🏡 well to get some attention. I recommended that she replace the carpet upstairs to give the property a fresh feel, and she thankfully agreed to do so, which helped tremendously. She and I also teamed up together 🤗 to stage and declutter the house, and agree on a price that would bring a lot of buyers through the doors. The two previous listings in the neighborhood sat for 235 and 84 days, and we knew we didn’t want to follow in their footsteps. Through our collective efforts, we generated an offer over list price 💪 within 3 days of being on the market, and my seller was absolutely thrilled. Closing day had a pretty neat surprise- the buyers ended up being a couple that walked into an open house for another one of my listings right around the corner a month prior. When I walked in to the closing, I was so shocked 😮 and excited to see that they were the buyers for this listing. Both parties were so happy at the closing table, and I’m delighted to share that my seller is now able to remove the sale contingency 🙌 on her new construction home that’s she’s building and doesn’t have the pressure of coming up with the funds to purchase her new property. I’m incredibly thankful 🙏 for this opportunity and am honored to be a part of another client’s real estate journey. Cheers 🥂

🚨 UNDER CONTRACT 🚨 in Peachtree Corners! A few months ago, I connected with my sweet seller through a referral 😊 from a neighbor of mine. My client was ready to downsize and move into a 55+ community. The tricky part was that she needed to sell her townhouse in order to purchase her next home, so the timing had to be perfect. When an amazing deal on a new construction 🏡 popped up in the exact community she wanted to be in, she immediately pounced on it and executed a contract to purchase it. The only caveat- it was contingent 👀 on the sale of her townhome. She only had 60 days to sell her home, so the pressure was on. We quickly worked together to declutter her home, and then I brought in 💪 several pieces of wall art to spice up the space, new bedding and pillows for her master bedroom, fresh white towels 😍 for all the bathrooms, décor for the kitchen and other rooms in the home, etc. The other tricky part- the last two listings in her subdivision took 235 and 84 days 😮 to sell, so I knew we had to nail the price or we were going to fall into the same trap as the prior sellers. We priced it perfectly for the current market, and as a result, we received an amazing offer 🤗 over list price within 4 days of being on the market. My client is absolutely elated that she’s one step closer to making the move into her forever home, and I’m honored 🙏 she chose me to be a part of her journey.
