⛳ CLOSED ⛳ in Duluth! Sometimes the best real estate stories don’t happen overnight. About a year ago, my client’s son reached out to me from Minnesota. He had found me on Zillow while researching Realtors who had sold a lot of 🏡s in the Duluth area. His mother would eventually need to sell her townhome, and he wanted to find someone he could trust to help her through the process. A year passed, and about a month ago, I got the call 📞: his mother was finally ready to sell. After interviewing me and a few other agents, he called back and told me he trusted me 🙌 to take care of his mother. That trust meant a lot to me, and I knew I had to deliver. When I met my client, she was like so many homeowners- she had more than 20 years of memories and life packed in her home. We worked together 💪 to declutter and prepare her home so buyers could truly see how spacious and inviting it was. All of our hard work paid off, as we received multiple offers 😊 after just four days on the market, and ultimately accepted a full price all-cash💰, as-is offer. My client was thrilled with the quick sale and is now preparing for her next chapter in Seattle, where she’ll be closer to her oldest son and grandchildren. I’m incredibly grateful 🙏 that a Zillow search, a phone call from Minnesota, and a year of patience ultimately led to the opportunity to help my client sell her home that was filled with more than two decades of memories. 🚨 UNDER CONTRACT 🚨 in Roswell! This one is extra special because my clients are not only past clients, but also friends of mine. They’ve loved their home in Brookhaven, but as their family has grown, so has their need for more space. They also wanted to move a little further northwest to be closer to family. When this charming Roswell 🏡 hit the market, it checked all the boxes and we 🏃 out to go see it. They fell in love with the backyard, the location, and the character of the home. We got into a bidding war with another buyer and ultimately came out on top 🤗 Then came the most unexpected (and pretty incredible) surprise… a total God thing 🙏🏼 The day I called to tell my clients their offer had been accepted, we began talking about a mutual friend who lives in Roswell. He was a close high school buddy of my client, so naturally, they were excited about being closer to him. I looked up his address to see how close he would be to their new home, and we were blown away to find out he lives literally right next door 😂 What are the chances?! We immediately called our mutual friend to share the news, and I think it’s safe to say we were all super 🥳 excited. Sometimes, the right house comes along at just the right time, and sometimes, there’s a little extra confirmation that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be 🫶 I’m so incredibly thankful my clients chose to work with me again and trusted me 🙌 to help them with this next chapter. It means so much to be invited back into the lives of clients who have become friends. Looking forward to getting this one across the finish line! 🔑

⛳ CLOSED ⛳ in Sandy Springs! I’m so excited for my clients, who officially closed on their dream 🏡 We connected through a referral from a colleague, and in a really cool coincidence, one of my clients actually knew my wife 😲 and her siblings growing up in the Peachtree Corners area. Realizing they had all crossed paths years ago made an already exciting connection 😊 feel even more personal. It’s amazing how small the world can be! The day we connected, we went out that afternoon to start looking at homes. We saw a handful of properties, but nothing quite ✅ enough of their boxes. A few months later, this home hit the market, and it seemed almost too good to be true. We were the first party to view the property 🏃 on a very packed showing schedule and quickly submitted an offer. We were told two other competing offers 😬 were coming in, both well above ours. In the end, those buyers waited just a little too long, and the sellers decided to accept our offer 🙌 and pull the home off the market! I’m so incredibly thankful 🙏 my clients trusted me to guide them through this journey, and even more excited that they get to call this place home. 🚨 UNDER CONTRACT 🚨 in Sandy Springs! I am over the 🌙 excited for my clients to be closing on this 🏠 soon. We looked high and low for almost 3 months, but couldn’t find the right home that checked most of their boxes. When this beauty 😍 hit the market, we immediately pounced on it. The showing schedule was absolutely packed 😨, so we quickly wrote a strong offer and gave the sellers 24 hours to make us a decision. They thankfully accepted our offer 💪 and took the home off the market. I’m looking forward to closing this one down in a few weeks and handing over the keys 🔑 to my clients. 🚨 UNDER CONTRACT 🚨 in Duluth! This townhouse presented an interesting set of challenges 🤔 that I knew would turn away some buyers. Due to the 🏠’s price point, I figured it would appeal mostly to first-time buyers, who typically don’t have a large budget left over for repairs after closing. I also knew hungry investors would be targeting it as a buy and hold property. Instead of chasing a higher list price, I focused on a pricing strategy designed to maximize exposure and create competition. The result? I received 2 offers 💪 after the first weekend, one of which was all cash💰, and the other was over asking price. Pricing a home isn't about picking the highest number, but instead, is about understanding the market, the buyer pool, and creating the right strategy to get the best outcome. 😮 It's hard to believe, but this month marks 7 years since I walked away from Corporate America, got my real estate license, and took a leap of faith to become a business owner. I'll be honest… it was scary, and it’s been incredibly difficult and frustrating at times. There were a lot of unknowns and I doubted myself many times, but I truly believed God was leading me down the right path. Looking back now, I can't imagine not taking that leap. Over the last 7 years, I've had the privilege of helping nearly 120 families buy or sell a home. That's something I'm incredibly proud of, but what means even more to me are the relationships that have come from this journey. So many of you have become friends, and so many of my clients have trusted me enough to refer their family and friends. I'll never take that for granted, and I’m incredibly appreciative. I’m thankful for God's faithfulness, thankful for every person who's supported me, trusted me, encouraged me, and been a part of this journey. Seven years later, I still love what I do, and I don't take for granted that I get to help people through such an important season of life. Thank you all for being part of my story.
