This was a fun one. This was a referral from a south Georgia agent with my name given to them by a friend (referrals drive so much of my business). Job transfer and this family was moving from Arizona to Georgia with husband, wife, two kids, two dogs and a lizard. This is where I shine as I love educating buyers about local areas, schools and the market. And of course, doing videos for each of the homes a buyer is intersted in so that they can best experience the home without having to be there in person. Not only did we get a great deal on the home, we also got a rate below 6%!

Happy to announce that we just closed on this listing for $50,000 over list price. We set the new high for the neighborhood. This happened because of my sellers getting the house move in ready, coming up with a listing strategy which including listing as coming soon, personalized video, marketing and negotiating (knowing what to say and what not to say) as well as a very busy open house that first weekend. Congrats to my sellers who are going to be able to use that extra money to do more projects on the home they purchased.
