The Pearl River housing market remained active in May, with buyer demand translating into a significant increase in closed sales despite fewer homes being available for purchase.

🔹 Closed Sales: 26 homes sold, a 160% increase year over year.
🔹 Homes for Sale: Inventory declined to 44 homes, down 26.7% from last year.
