I’m usually the one singing, so it was really fun to actually be the one in the crowd for once.

Went to Five Dimes Brewery last night to see one of my favorite bands and had such a fun night with friends.

Definitely needed that.

Stopped at Pour City in Franklin Lakes today and tried the maple vanilla iced latte with almond milk.

Very good decision.

Happy one year to Rockland Cannabis.

Just Us got to play their anniversary celebration, Sips by Bri was there making custom mocktails, and it was such a fun local event.

I love seeing Rockland County businesses doing creative things and getting people together. Congrats on year one.

Please get preapproved before you start falling in love with houses online.

Not because Realtors are obsessed with paperwork lol. Because I need to know what you can actually buy and what payment feels comfortable to you.

It saves a ton of frustration later.

Buyers are out here rejecting perfectly good houses because of cabinets and flooring and I need everyone to calm down.

Location matters. Layout matters. Lot matters. Neighborhood matters.

Ugly kitchens can be fixed.

A terrible location cannot.
