A little over a week ago, I challenged myself to go on a local trip to a Commercial Real Estate workshop hosted by Alicia Shepherd with some of my closest work besties in Burton, TX. I needed a break, and someone to also give me the biggest push and to cheer me on. I found that there surrounded by people I didn't know, some I did know and others that asked some pretty hard questions.

Anyone who truly knows me understands the daily struggles I go through just to get out of bed. So to be surrounded by a room full of cheerleaders and others who understood my struggles motivated me to dive deeper, to really dig in and just stop listening to the BS that I kept in my head. Most of it was things that others had said and, in fact, were not my own words that were holding me back.

I reexamined everything inside my business, myself, and what truly motivates me to get up everyday and continue my career in Real Estate. Trust me, this career isn't easy.

Now that I have clarity, more confidence, and definitely more drive, I'm ready to add my newest adventure in Commercial Real Estate to my resume and dive in deep.
