There is a great Community Reinvestment program available in all NC counties.
There are a few guidelines/features I'm aware of:
- 100% financing (30-year fixed)
- No MI
- Min Score 660
- Moving to/from select Minority Tract
- Income limit (1x-2x MFI)
- FTHB and Move-up Buyers (selling primary residence)
