Good Setup or Bad Setup? 🤔

Take a look at this outdoor A/C unit. At first glance it may seem fine, but there are a couple of things that stand out.

⚠️ Limited clearance between the home and the fence can restrict airflow, reduce efficiency, and make servicing the unit more difficult.

⚠️ The unit is also sitting on stacked cinder blocks. While cinder blocks are sometimes used as a temporary or economical solution, they can shift, settle, crack, or become uneven over time. If the condenser is no longer level, it can place unnecessary stress on the compressor and refrigerant lines, potentially leading to premature wear or costly repairs.

This is exactly why a thorough home inspection matters. Small details like these can turn into expensive surprises after closing.

Here are a few important things to do after a tropical storm:
