Pearland is growing and this is definitely something for our local agents to keep an eye on.

Nearly 1,500 multifamily units have been added since 2018, and now there’s more discussion around future apartment growth, zoning and how much control the city will have over where new developments go.

For those of us working Pearland every day, changes like this can impact everything from traffic and infrastructure to future development around our neighborhoods.

What are your thoughts? Are you seeing the need for more multifamily housing in Pearland, or do you think we’re growing fast enough already?
