Old school fire alarm from a large plantation style 1920s house. From Google it may be a 1929 model. Seems bells were likely attached in different areas of house. If fire broke out a button corresponding to that area could be pushed, lighting up panel so firefighters knew where to go, and also ringing bells in area of fire to notify those in home. Love old stuff!

Last week we closed on this Clear Lake Show Stopper and I have to say that this transaction was refreshing. It had it's challenges as they all do but the people I had the pleasure of working with were all top-notch professionals. ⭐️

I'm not going to bore you with all of the details because this post would be ten pages long. Just know that there was a lot of behind-the-scenes work going on between my clients' agent in Arizona and their new home deal, insurance companies, roofers, and the buyers and buyer's agent on this one. 😅

I want to give a huge shoutout to Besser Roofing & Renovations for helping my client navigate the insurance process during this hectic time and fitting them in to provide the same great product and service I have known them to provide for years. 💪

Thank you Texas American Title Clear Lake and Kelli Christiansen Graham for always taking such great care of me and my clients! 👍

I also have to mention that the Buyer's Agent Laura Christman-Seal, Realtor was a true professional. She was not afraid to negotiate with me on behalf of her clients and worked remarkably hard for her people. She and I worked great together in problem solving to make this one as pain free as possible! Like I said, it was refreshing.
