✨ Wow! This was such a fun and rewarding project. While we don’t post all of our client’s projects, I asked to share this one because this was pure vision and design come to life.

The client purchased an historic property with an unobstructed bay view. However, they didn’t like the aluminum windows but weren’t sure how to update them and keep the historic charm which is why they reached out to us. We recommended they keep the homes original wood windows and change out the aluminum windows to beautiful custom picture windows so they could take advantage of the awesome view. We decided on a new siding design that would continue to give the house character, maintain as much of the original look while restoring what we could. Here is what we did:

✅ Restored original wood windows
✅ Replaced the front windows with 2 large custom picture windows
✅ Updated siding design and replaced totted wood
✅ Installed new front door and added lanterns
✅ Opened up interior to enhance view from inside home

Client wanted to paint the house themselves and we can’t wait to see finished product!! 🤩

Elvis 🎼 has left the MLS! And what a journey it has been. It’s bittersweet 🌈 but next week I’ll discuss the good, the bad and the ugly. This market is not for the weak but if you plan and execute accordingly, it’s still very viable. For now, we will thank God 🙏🏼 and relish in the fact that the new owners love it and plan to make it their family home. ❤️
