Ron immediately became a full time agent using his years of sales experience in retail and life/health insurance. He was born, raised and attended school in the south Kansas City area. Karen began as a part-time agent while continuing her career in Human Resources Management with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) until she retired in 2007. She moved to the Kansas City area after g
raduation from Kansas State University with a B.S. degree in Human Ecology/Education. Her prior work experience and education prepared her for success in the real estate field. Karen and Ron have three married sons with four wonderful grandchildren. The Goodwins are active in the business community and volunteer for local charitable organizations. Mary Pech is the newest member of the team. She is a native of the south Kansas City area attending Harrisonville High School. She works as a computer technician for USDA. She is a professional clown and is well-known in the community as “Tutalu”. She enjoys entertaining regularly at local rest homes, Veteran’s Hospital, and City Union Mission. Her strong people skills will assure her success in home sales. Team Goodwin specializes in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income properties throughout the Kansas City area. They pride themselves in the knowledge of current real estate transaction methods and services.
