Happy closing day to my clients! Unfortunately I could not make it to closing today to be with them due to my daughters sickness. But had this photo from when we closed on their previous home in October. May God bless them as they start a new chapter in their beautiful new home.

My neighbors have moved on and my new neighbors have moved in!

Thank you to Joan Smith Davis and Alex Davis for allowing me to be a part of their new adventure and getting their home !

Every transaction has a story. Joan assisted me in seeking a corporate Human Resources job when we relocated from Nashville several years ago. That didn’t work out.

Well fast forward, God had other plans for me and Joan to work together in another capacity! That was for me to sell her home as a Realtor!

There are always ups and downs to every transaction.

We got this beauty under contract in less than 24hrs, but when it came time to close a month later, those buyers left us at the alter like a run away bride!!!

Thanks to my new neighbors and their fabulous realtor, we got this beauty back under contract in no time and less than a month later, and they actually showed up for closing!!! 👍🏼

The selling of this home actually helped to increase property value in my neighborhood.

I’m excited for that as well.

My old neighbors Demitrius Davis and Nesha Davis are settling into their beautiful new home and I’m so excited for them!

When they contacted me about assisting them in buying and selling their home, they said they were not in a rush. Well little did they know, they were in for a rush.

They found their dream home and we listed their home, which went under contract in 1 day. When it was all said and done, it took them about a month and half to buy a new home and sale their old one. Not bad I must say.

I wish them the best in their new beautiful home and so blessed they allowed me to be a part of this process.

When Trisha Sungelo contacted me about having questions about Real Estate, I thought she was thinking about becoming a realtor.

Silly me...little did I know, she wanted me to help her and her family find a home. I was super excited because Trisha’s daughter and Desto played softball together.

I just love it when softball moms can have fun on and off the ball fields.

Trisha and her family moved into their beautiful new home in Ballantrae this week and I’m beyond excited that they allowed me to be a part of this new chapter for them.

Congratulations to my clients Andy Cofer and Kara Fitzgerald!!! They just closed on their new home.

We could have built a home in the time that it took us to close out this one.

Andy and Kara jumped through hoops and over hurdles and pressed through to make this work. Most would have given up, but they were destined and determined to have this home.

I’m so happy for them and wish them the best of new memories, laughter, and joy in their new home with their two beautiful children!

BOOM!!! This Beauty is under contract!!!

Had to use a little of my MBA schooling negotiation skills on this one haha!

It is truly a sellers market and sellers are going to be calling most of the shots.

Being a Listing and Selling agent, I’m knowledgeable of how this game of real estate is played on both sides of the table, and that can be used to my clients advantage.

So what do you do?? GIVE THE SELLER AN OFFER THEY CAN’T REFUSE!!! And we did just that.

OFFEER ACCEPTED and my clients will be in their new home in June just time time for summer.

This home features barn doors throughout with lots of upgrades. Feels like a brand new home!

It’s great when softball moms can have fun on and off the field.

Sending another congratulations out to my old neighbors, the Beck family! It’s been a little over a month since they have been in their new home.

We needed to find their dream home in record time before baby Beck made his debut.

I checked in with the Becks this morning, and was delighted to find out that Baby Beck has arrived and all is well.
