After a lot of prayer and careful consideration, I have decided to close Primrose Construction and step away from running the business.

This was not an easy decision, but it is the right one for me and my family at this time. We will not be taking on any new work, and our focus now will be on finishing the projects we currently have in progress.

I am incredibly grateful for every customer who trusted us, supported us, and allowed us to be part of your homes and projects over the past 3 1/2 years! Your support has meant more than words can express and we couldn’t have done it without y’all!

We feel as the Lord has led us in another path and it is time to go that way!

Primrose Construction LLC is now offering preventative maintenance packages! This is to get ahead of problems before they lead to other major problems!

•Water heater service $175
Includes draining the water heater, checking the heating elements, anode rod, and relief valve

Whole home walkthrough $200
Includes going into the attic and crawlspace/basement as well and looking under all sinks and vanities to check for any leaks, missing insulation, or any concerns that should be addressed (not a whole home inspection)

Annual maintenance package $275
Include the water heater service, as well as changing batteries in all smoke/carbon detectors, changing the filter in HVAC return (if needed) and changing batteries in thermostat, and cleaning the dryer vent
