My story is simple… I'm just a small-town girl with big-city dreams.🌷I was Born and raised in Pella, Iowa, and I appreciate and understand small-town life. I was restless in my youth and wanted to venture out of Iowa. I have lived in Florida, N.Y., TX, MO, and TN. Ultimately, I was best suited in my "Heart H" me," Iowa. "I met my husband, Do, while attending college in Stony Brook, N.Y. When I brought him home to meet my family, ironically, he loved Iowa, so we chose to live here and raise our family in small-town America. We've been married for 33 years and have three sons, 2 "daughters" in love," and two grandsons. We've trained and relocated our family several times due to job changes, so throughout my travels, I've learned what it takes to come from a different place and settle back into "Iowa" l" for an "ain. I love helping people relocate and feel good about the insight I can provide into their process. As always, there are challenges, but those challenges can usually be overcome with teamwork and tenacity. With the good and the bad things that can come about during a move or transition, I hope to shed some light on ways we can make it easier together, and I hope to make each home-buying or selling experience as joyful and stress-free as possible. I know, despite the stresses that come, it can be fun!😀

What a wonderful gathering at Sun Valley Barn, bringing together familiar faces, new connections, and leaders from across our great state!

A special thank you to Barb Kniff McCulla and Jason Sandholdt for hosting such a well attended evening!

It was a pleasure to hear from Attorney General Brenna Bird, Senate Majority Leader Mike Klimesh, and other speakers, along with the opportunity to connect with Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks, Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig, Lieutenant Governor Chris Cournoyer, and many others.

One of the things I appreciate about living in Iowa is the opportunity to connect personally with those serving our communities, hear their perspectives, and be part of conversations about the future of our state.

Every real estate journey looks a little different, and this one was especially unique.

I had the privilege of helping buyers purchase a home while they weren’t able to be here in person. They trusted a family member and builder to preview homes on their behalf, while I helped behind the scenes with additional research, coordinated showings, worked through the offer process, and helped keep everything moving toward closing.

Together, we found a home with the right location, good bones, and plenty of potential for the future. And we successfully made it all the way to closing! 🏡

I’m grateful for the trust placed in me throughout the process, and I know this is a home they’re going to enjoy and love for many years to come.

SOLD! 🏡✨ 402 NW Sturbridge, Ankeny!

Walking through this home one last time before closing…making sure everything that was staying was still there and intact, everything that needed to be removed was gone, and giving us one last chance to say thank you and goodbye to this house. ❤️

Because what a home it has been for this sweet family.

From newlyweds, to bringing home their first babies…twins!…and then welcoming their third daughter, Quinn, so much life has happened within these walls.

No more bathtimes here. No more little feet running through the house. No more games and afternoons playing in the backyard.

But the memories? Those get to go with them. ❤️
