My story is simple… I'm just a small-town girl with big-city dreams.🌷I was Born and raised in Pella, Iowa, and I appreciate and understand small-town life. I was restless in my youth and wanted to venture out of Iowa. I have lived in Florida, N.Y., TX, MO, and TN. Ultimately, I was best suited in my "Heart H" me," Iowa. ught him home to meet my family, ironically, he loved Iowa, so we chose to live here and raise our family in small-town America. We've been married for 33 years and have three sons, 2 "daughters" in love," and two grandsons. We've trained and relocated our family several times due to job changes, so throughout my travels, I've learned what it takes to come from a different place and settle back into "Iowa" l" for an "ain. I love helping people relocate and feel good about the insight I can provide into their process. As always, there are challenges, but those challenges can usually be overcome with teamwork and tenacity. With the good and the bad things that can come about during a move or transition, I hope to shed some light on ways we can make it easier together, and I hope to make each home-buying or selling experience as joyful and stress-free as possible. I know, despite the stresses that come, it can be fun!😀

This cutie at 400 Lincoln St. in Pella is officially PENDING! 🏠🔑

I’ve affectionately called this one “The Bungalow.” There’s just something about it that reminds me of a home we lived in years ago on Long Island. ❤️

With beautiful hardwood floors, character galore, and that cozy, welcoming feeling you just can’t manufacture, this is such a great house. 🏠✨

So this year, Don and I started riding bikes again… this time with a little extra help from our new e-bikes! 🚲❤️

We used to ride with our boys when they were growing up, and some of my favorite memories include taking our bikes all the way to Mount Rushmore and riding together through the Black Hills as a family.

Now, all these years later, we’re finding our way back to something we’ve always enjoyed. Yesterday’s adventure took us to the High Trestle Trail for a beautiful Iowa bike ride. 🌿

I think one of my favorite things about biking is how simple it can be. No big plans or reservations needed. Just pick a trail, pack a picnic lunch, take a few hours or a day, and enjoy the countryside and time together.

Sometimes the simple things really are the best things. ❤️

Here’s to more miles, more Iowa trails, and more adventures together! 🚲🌾

🌷 There is a little tradition right outside our office space that never gets old.

Right in front of Carson Wealth you will find the Mama cat and her babies 🐱, and every season they get a fresh new look thanks to Sydney Attridge. She makes all of the decorations herself, and she took the tradition over from Nancy Zylstra.

She never comes alone either. Her sweet dog 🐕 is right there supervising every single time she decorates. 🐾

It is always fun to see what Sydney comes up with next. Thank you for creating a little spot that makes so many people smile as they walk by 💛
