ONE YEAR IN REAL ESTATE. 🔑🤍
It’s officially been one year since I jumped into real estate, and honestly… I don’t think I could’ve imagined everything this first year would bring.
9 transactions. 5 Iowa communities. 5 listings of my own. First-time homebuyers, multiple-offer negotiations, selling my own home, conferences, continuing education, new friendships, amazing local connections, and SO many lessons along the way. But when I look back, the numbers aren’t even what I’m most proud of.
I’m proud of the people behind them. The clients who trusted me with such a huge part of their lives. The first-time buyers who let me be part of such a BIG first. The sellers who trusted me with their homes. The lenders, agents, businesses, friends, family and community who have supported me, referred me, encouraged me and helped me grow.
This year has challenged me, stretched me, humbled me and reminded me over and over again that people are the best part of this business.
I started this career hoping I could help people buy and sell homes… but I’ve gained so much more than that. I’ve gained a community, confidence, friendships, knowledge and a career that I genuinely feel so grateful to call mine.
