Thank you to all the REALTORS® who have helped residents impacted by Hurricane Ian on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS® volunteers removed wet drywall from homes that had been severely flooded. Members of the Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® filled a semitruck with necessities including water, pet food, diapers, bedding, flashlights, and batteries. In addition, five REALTOR® associations partnered to launch hurricanehomes.org to help displaced people find temporary rentals. Many of the REALTORS® involved suffered damage to their own homes, and still managed to help others.
