I just had another closing, this was a section 8 rental, i have done a few section 8 already, but this one was particularly special because the listing agent have never done a section 8 before and agreed to our offer if i will help her. Thank you Angelica for trusting me and for following my instructions, the transaction was really smooth. That makes Angelica a person willing to learn and try new options. Most of other agents, will not accept the offer just because they don't know how section 8 works and do not accept the lack of knowledge, even less to be guided. Angelica is so happy that now will start accepting more section 8.
