✨CLOSED✨ Yesterday we closed on the sale of our home, 34 Rollinson Road. I would like to thank my broker, Andrea Castinetti, attorney, Jessica Albino, and the buyers agent, Nate Riel.
I remember the first time I walked in through the front doors, the walls covered in 1980’s curtains and wallpaper — I could immediately feel how special the house was. It belonged to Joe’s great uncle and aunt and they lived happily in it for over 50 years. The house, though well maintained and loved, needed a lot of updating and many thought we were crazy; they couldn’t see what we saw. 5 years of blood, sweat, tears and lots of $$$, we learned a lot of lessons in this 102 year old house (like how to mow a lawn). Though not very big, somehow, this house was the best one in the family for hosting and host parties we did: Thanksgiving, Easter, Ronin’s 1st and 2nd Bday and the infamous Christmas PJ party. We are sad to leave the burncoat neighborhood behind but so grateful for the 5 years we lived and loved at 34 Rollinson. Cheers to its new owner, hoping it brings same happiness to her life!
