Ever since I was a little girl, I can remember my dad always working out. It’s one of those memories that never left me. Maybe that’s why I’ve always been disciplined when it comes to staying active.

Now, I think about the example I’m setting for my own son.

When it comes to working out, I’m not just exercising, I’m showing him how to live in his body. How to take care of himself. How to choose growth over excuses.

I’m intentional about this.

He’s there through the workouts and the moments I choose to move instead of shut down. And I feel incredibly blessed to share such a core part of who I am with him.

I want him to know that the habits we build today become the foundation we stand on tomorrow.

I encourage you to share a part of yourself with your child even if it feels messy, imperfect, or unorganized.

Because when it’s genuine, it stays.

It starts with us. ❤️

Spent the day making memories at Flamingo Gardens with my favorite little adventure buddy 🦩❤️

If you have kids and live in South Florida, this place is such a hidden gem. From the flamingos and animals to all the nature and space to explore, it’s the perfect spot to let them run around, learn, and just be kids for the day.

Between the laughs and hearing “mom look!” every five seconds… these are the moments I’ll never take for granted. ✨

No matter how busy life gets, days like this remind me what it’s all for. 🤍
