Today, I graduated from the Florida Memorial University Construction Trade Program, a partnership between FMU, United Way Upskill Miami, and the ABC Institute. During the 16-week program, we received our OSHA 10, OSHA 30, an NCCER certificate, and electrical trade experience equivalent to 1-year of work experience. I learned a ton, met incredible people, and I received two awards: the Excellence Award and the Highest GPA award. What I loved the most, though, was taking the course and graduating with my nephew 🩷.

Another SOLID closing 🏡!!

Congratulations to my clients, Daniel and Keren on the close of their beautiful home in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. They are an ambitious and dynamic couple who will be tying the knot in a few short months, and I couldn't be happier for them. We started our search 3 months ago, saw lots of properties, were under contract a few times, and eventually found the right fit.
