Let me tell you about the newest homeowners on the block. They’re personal friends of mine, and if you know me, I go hard for my people. Welcome 2020. My first deal of the new decade and in a new brokerage and team. Alex and Andy asked me for help when the landlord of their most recent place needed to move back in.
